Tewkesbury Garden Town

Greystoke is promoting 300 acres of land which forms part of Tewkesbury's new settlement at Ashchurch. The proposal was awarded Garden Town status in 2019 and includes a plan for over 10,000 new homes.

The new town is located approximately midway between Bristol and Birmingham. The site has excellent access to the national road network via Junction 9 of the M5 and the rail network from Ashchurch Railway Station.


The development will be supported by infrastructure including new roads, schools and green space and will be focused on meeting the community's needs through excellent ‘place making’. 

Cherwell Sustainable Logistics Park

Greystoke is promoting a 1.2m sq ft sustainable logistics park on the edge of Banbury. The site will help address the UK's pressing need for high quality logistics space in the South Midlands.


Adjacent to the site is the commercial development of Frontier Park, which is currently under construction. The site area is approximately 180 acres and over 60 acres will be set aside for landscaping and ecological benefit. The site will be accessed from the A361, which joins Junction 11 of the M40.


The proposed logistics park is sustainably located adjacent to Banbury and the land benefits from walking and cycle routes into the town centre. There is potential for the provision of a HGV lorry park in the southern part of the site should it be required to meet national or regional needs.

The Normanhurst Estate

Greystoke owns the Normanhurst Estate in East Sussex. We are developing 240 holiday lodges, a spa, restaurants and other amenities on the estate.


The development will have a contemporary aesthetic with simple geometric forms and a dark colour palette to enable the lodges to meld into the landscape. The Estate was founded by the Brassey Family, who were 19th Century railway builders and dendrologists. It contains beautiful water features and specimen trees which have become overgrown. The proposal will restore the landscaped grounds to their former glory.


The project will bring significant benefits to the local area including extra visitor spend in the local economy, supporting the local cultural sector and the establishment of a new theatre.

Burford Care Village

Greystoke Land is promoting the development of a care village in Burford containing 141 extra care residential units and 32 affordable housing units along with extensive communal facilities.

The development has been designed to mimic typical droving towns in the Cotswolds. The ridge line has been broken up to ensure it fits within Burford's diverse roofscape, the development is orientated around the historic street pattern and the buildings will be faced with Cotswold stone. 

The development fits snuggly into the urban form of the historic town. The site is within a short walk of all the shops and services of Burford.
